At JDY Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
